Yes! Every company we work with involves outlining our action plan and outline for tackling such approach. Every plan must be approved by the company before we implement these plans. 

Once you sign your agreement, you will be given access to a client portal where not only we communicate, but all documentation is uploaded for your review. Your portal is specific to you and a login that only you know. 

Every project has their own KPI's and success metrics that we discuss prior to commencing work. Clients are updated on a weekly basis, and have 1 meeting per week to discuss our goals, and success during our time. Other projects may involve more frequent meetings, and our clients are more than welcome to request additional meetings as they see fit.
